ACHS Conference | Conference Bid Guidelines

Bids are now open to host the 2028 ACHS Conference. All interested hosts must consult the Conference Bid Guidelines before submitting an Expression of Interest in order to ensure eligibility and to become familiar with the requirements for hosting the ACHS conference.

*Narrative: In the space provided below, please describe how your institution/organization would be a suitable host for ACHS’s 2028 biennial conference. In your narrative, provide a discussion of (a) suitability of the institution; (b) institutional support to the individual organizer(s); (c) how your organization will meet the above-outlined requirements (2.0); (d) location, taking into account previous ACHS conferences and diversity; (e) whether and how organizers will seek to enable the participation of under-represented members; and (f) an indication of your chosen conference theme and its relevance for debates in critical heritage studies. Please provide this information in no more than 1,000 (one thousand) words.
